Hardware and software repairs

We will do in-home repairs, or you can drop off your PC at our shop and we’ll analyze your system to find out what is at fault. We will then call you back with a quote for repair.

Hardware
We can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any hardware problems you may be experiencing. On-site repairs of components such as (but not limited to) modems, network interface cards, fans, and video cards can easily be done with spare parts that are routinely brought with us to sites. Repairs on other components such as (but not limited to) motherboards, memory, processors, or hard drives generally need to be done in-shop.

If parts are needed, we can locate, order, and install them for you (this is standard practice), or you can provide us with what we need (if you have very specific requirements), or we can order the part for you and you can install it (if you are a do-it-yourselfer).

Software
We can also troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any software problems you may having with applications such as (but not limited to) the operating system (including the new Windows Vista), antivirus/security software, business productivity software, and CD burning software.

Additionally, with most software related repairs, we will backup personal files for you (such as business productivity files, photos, music, e-mail, etc.) to ensure you don't lose anything valuable.

Virus removal
Virus, spyware, and adware removal is an ever-increasing necessity in todays computing environment, and with years of experience in dealing with these annoyances, you can be assured that it will be done correctly. Each situation of infection is analyzed, and with the goal of eliminating future infections in mind, the best option will be discussed with you.
