
Pricing and flat rate fees

Payment is due upon services rendered, or on a net 30 day schedule if invoiced. Payment can be made with cash or check. We cannot process credit or debit cards.
If we make an attempt to pick up a system from you (for the purposes of supplying you with a quote, or starting work that was previously agreed upon) and you don't accept the quote, or don’t wish the work to be performed, a nominal charge of $10.00 will be made to cover the travel expenses incurred. If you accept the quote and/or agree to have work done, then the charge is not applicable.
Systems brought into our shop are handled on a first come, first served basis. If possible, systems will be diagnosed on the day received. Turn around time is always based on the amount of work required and if parts need to be ordered.
Remote desktop support: For our customers with high-speed Internet access, we offer free remote desktop support where we take control of your computer from our office. This is a very efficient way to deal with simple problems.
