Pricing and flat rate fees


All work performed (including consultation) has a 1-hour minimum fee; additional time accrues at 15 minute intervals.

Payment is due upon services rendered, or on a net 30 day schedule if invoiced.

Payment can be made with cash or check. We cannot process credit or debit cards.

If we make an attempt to pick up a system from you (for the purposes of supplying you with a quote, or starting work that was previously agreed upon) and you don't accept the quote, or don’t wish the work to be performed, a nominal charge of $10.00 will be made to cover the travel expenses incurred. If you accept the quote and/or agree to have work done, then the charge is not applicable.

Systems brought into our shop are handled on a first come, first served basis. If possible, systems will be diagnosed on the day received. Turn around time is always based on the amount of work required and if parts need to be ordered.

Email support: You're welcome to ask for technical support through an email, however, replies will generally be brief and simple, and we may simply ask you to call us if that is deemed to be an easier method.
